I joined as an analyst and I am a manager now

Since I joined GHT as a financial analyst, the company believed in me and allowed me to grow and interact with other areas, satisfying my desire to learn about subjects that complemented what I did; they valued my entrepreneurial background- which is something that fits in well in this company.

I have always had the guidance of my superiors, the support of my team, and the option to join valuable training programs.

Because of the opportunity I was given to get to know the business from many angles, and to acquire leadership and personnel management skills, I was able to get to the position of Planning and Production Forecasting manager.

The best thing however, is that from my first day I felt appreciated in the company … The company most definitely demonstrate we are the most valuable asset of the Organization.
